On Thursday 26th September at the Berkhamsted dojo, Total Shotokan Karate held it’s latest Dan Grading and we’re pleased to announce that Dave Cooper, John Cunliffe and James Elliot successfully graded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dan respectively.
Dan Sensei and I were both proud and impressed with the effort, skill and heart these three put into a really physically itense grading which involved solo Kata, kata applications, pad work, partner drills, clinch work, sparring and kihon. A performance of TOTAL Shotokan Karate. Osu!
