Adam Sensei took part in an excellent (and very warm!) session with Shinji Nagaki Sensei (JKS) last night hosted by Harrow & Kingsbury JKS.
Sensei worked on some kicking basics, WKF Heian Kata standardisation and Kanku Sho Kata.
Nagaki Sensei is an incredible Karateka, technically brilliant and incredibly powerful. He was the last person to medal at both Kata and Kumite at a WKF World Championships!
