On Sat 8th June 2019, Adam Sensei attended a really informative four hour training session with Iain Abernethy Sensei and Don Came Sensei looking at the Bunkai/Oyo to Nihanchi (Tekki) and Rohai (Meikyo).
Definitely two of the best instructors in the World for their knowledge of Kata and their combative principles.
