We were honored to once again host Vincio Antony Sensei and his assistant Guilherme Alonso Latini for a weekend course in London focused on the Karate & MMA Connection.
Sensei covered a huge amount of topics from striking to grappling, focusing on a variety of ranges and using principles found in kata to reinforce his drills.
Each day we also had a seniors invitation only session where Sensei gave a more in depth look into his approach.
