Brilliant to have my good friend Matt Powell Sensei take a class at the London Dojo on Thursday 15th September 2016 .
The class focused on just Gyaku Zuki, Kizami Zuki, Oi Zuki and Mae Geri but it was far from a basic class!
Great to see someone who has the same views and influences as me, show their take on Shotokan and how it can be an effective self protection art.
