In March 2015, the London Dojo hosted Rick Hotton Sensei.
The Dojo was packed of nearly 50 Karateka, all eager to train with Sensei after seeing his inspirational videos on Youtube and Facebook.
Rick Sensei didn’t disappoint, his Karate was excellent and covered concepts around power generation in both kicking and punching, coupled with Aikido inspired softness and subtlety.
