On Saturday 23rd March 2019, Adam Sensei attended an excellent session with Vince Morris Sensei , covering his Kissaki-Kai style basics and Kata Bunkai.
Sensei concentrated on Heian Nidan & Nijushiho and demonstrated some functional bunkai to both kata.
It was a fun (and painful) seminar being Sensei’s uke for most of it as you can see from the video below!
